I'm just feeling all kinds of grateful and blessed to have been a part of such an amazing gym for the last 1.5 years! Not only did this gym change me physically 20lbs down from when we moved here, with a baby in between, but mentally as well!

The Ark Fit was exactly what I needed. They helped me understand that working out can be for everyone. They helped me gain the confidence to walk into a normal gym and not care about what others might think. Most of us spend a lot of time trying to find the perfect place to work out. A place you feel safe, a place you don’t feel judged for what you can and can’t do, a place that you feel like you’re working out with the family. Well June 30th 2019, I found that place. I heard from a friend about The Ark Fit.

The environment was like nothing else I had felt. It is very welcoming, encouraging, and inspirational. It is a place to bond with everyone in a similar situation as yours, create friendships, and work together on our common goals.

Before discovering Arkfit, I felt sluggish and out of shape. The group classes, personal training, and nutrition consultations transformed my health, while the open gym and recovery room kept me motivated. The community coffee shop was a great place to unwind. Now, I feel leaner, stronger, and more energized. Arkfit is truly more than just a gym.

There comes a day in your life when you decide that things have to change and you want it bad enough that you actually do something about it. That day for me was almost 2 years ago when I walked into The Ark Fit for my first class… 2 years later, I am so much stronger, eat way healthier, and feel so much better…
